MBC's 2014 legal drama Pride and Prejudice revolves around a group of public prosecutors investigating a decade-old murder case whose long trail of crime and conspiracy winds back to their own offices. She is assigned under the tutelage of upright hotshot prosecutor Goo Dong Chi (Choi Jin Hyuk), her former flame who was also a witness to her brother's case years ago. As the two dig deeper and confront the traumas of their past, they realize that the case is far more complex than meets the eye, and that other people around them are also related to the mystery, including their soft-hearted investigator (Lee Tae Hwan) and the chief of their team (Choi Min Soo).
